Carter Custom Millwork includes:
A Door Shop which produces pre-hung interior doors in a variety of styles and species.
A Top Shop which produces laminate and solid surface countertops.
A Moulding Shop which produces oak and poplar mouldings in stock and custom profiles. Maple, cherry, walnut, and other wood species are available as special orders.
Custom Millwork Shop produces:
- Fireplace mantels – custom-made to fit
- Cupolas – custom-made in any size, with windows or louvers
- Shutters and louvers – custom-made sizes with vented, raised, or flat panels
- Pre-built stairways – standard SYP basement stairs, treated deck stairs, and custom open-end hardwood stairs
- Pre-assembled handrail systems, with newel and balusters
- Stair treads – stock and custom sizes
- Bullnose starting steps, standard and custom sizes
- Box newels – custom-made in any size, species, and style
- Azek millwork – arches, square and tapered columns (can be milled like wood)
- Miter-lock corners – available on columns and outside corners, can be used for knock-down items, or Azek millwork
- Screen doors – custom sizes and styles, in poplar, cedar, and other species
- Raised panel doors – custom-made cabinet doors

- Rosettes – stock and custom-made styles and sizes
