Season Opener at Lorain Speedway
Carter Lumber customers along with many other race fans enjoyed a great start to the Main Event race season with the Carter Lumber driver, Gary Whipkey- #59- , taking home the trophy for the win at the Memorial Day season opener at Lorain Speedway.
Carter Lumber contractor, Henry Miller, waved the green flag to start the Carter Lumber 100 race. After plenty of racing action and 4 laps to go, the Carter Lumber car took the lead and won the race!
It was a fun-filled day for all Carter Lumber contractors with great food, exciting racing action and plenty of heat, with temperatures soaring above 90 degrees.
