As Carter Lumber continues to transition its business to help the pro contractor, these changes will work to strengthen the future growth of the company.The management realignment is broad reaching and encompasses adding a new installed sales department, grooming the purchasing department for further growth and shifting regional field management as well as management at Holmes Lumber.
