Welcome to Carter Lumber Yard Rewards! To help make your redemption process easier, we've assembled a list of frequently asked questions. Please refer to this list when making your redemption selection.
Please note, in order to redeem your points, all accounts need to be current.
In order to redeem, all accounts need to have their June statement paid in full by 7/31/12. If an account is past due or has been sent to legal at any time during the year, they will not be eligible to redeem.
Trip points are 1- ½ & double points awarded for trip redemption only. Merchandise points are single points awarded for merchandise redemption only.
Points do not roll over to the next program year.
Participants will not be permitted to substitute awards or to return any merchandise or trips for cash or store credit.
Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes attributed to any trips or merchandise. Carter Lumber will issue a 1099 for the value of the trips or merchandise (once it exceeds $600) in January 2013.
In order to redeem points, account must be current and in good standing by July 31, 2012, for the June 30, 2012, statement (no exceptions). All trips are redeemed online August 8 – August 31, 2012. Log on to maspremium.com/yardrewards. You will then be directed to the travel side of the website. To redeem points for merchandise, log on to maspremium.com/yardrewards August 8 – September 30, 2012.
Once you login with your username and password, you will be directed to our travel partner's website Traveline is our Travel Agency who will be working with us to book your trip. Simply fill out the Traveler Profile info and Traveline will be in contact with you to arrange everything.
Once you login with your username and password, you will be directed to our Online Yard Rewards Redemption. Your Merchandise Points (single points) are automatically loaded and you can shop for items, place them in the shopping care and items will be shipped to your account's address.
Trips or merchandise redeemed for Yard Rewards points may only be used by an authorized account holder of the participating company.
Carter Lumber will schedule all trips as group events. If reservations are cancelled after tickets have been issued, neither the trip nor any points redeemed for the trip may be exchanged for another reward item. Please note, customer is responsible for any cancellation fees incurred.

Enrolled customers may "buy up" to a higher trip level. Please call Yard Rewards Redemption at 330-673-6100 ext. 201 for details and costs. There is no "buy up" on merchandise. All points redeemed at the highest point value in the trip level. You must have a minimum of 75,000 qualified points to redeem.
Kids and families are welcome. Costs and expenses for additional family members are the responsibility of the reward recipient. Carter Lumber will arrange for discounted park passes based on need.
