October 2021 Kitchen of the Month
Kitchen Of The Month
Saginaw, MI
Carter Kitchen & Bath
Objective
This homeowner had specific ideas in mind that we needed to include. She had a vision and needed help bringing it to life. She came prepared with inspiration pictures and ideas and drawings. I think we hit the nail on the head with this one!
Features
This island has custom turned legs, a custom "X" detail built on the ends, and we boxed/framed out the back of the island as well. We built this island back to 36" deep before legs to allow a larger prep surface and "X" detail on the sides. The Island also features a double trash cabinet and a microwave base cabinet. The perimeter of the kitchen has stacked glass cabinets, a shiplap hood, a farm sink with a larger crown build-up to give us a grander appearance. We also feature a double oven and pot filler behind the cooktop.
