August 2023 Kitchen of the Month

This kitchen project was a remodel in a very old house with the main objective being to modernize the kitchen while keeping the vintage old house feel. We chose inset cabinets from Dutch Amish Cabinets to create the unfitted furniture look that goes so well in older homes. Also, since Dutch is completely custom, we were able to integrate the secondary appliances, and blend them into the space so they don't take any attention away from the cooking niche and the spectacular ILVE Italian range!

The homeowners were incredibly patient as they waited for 26 weeks for the cabinets to be built and then 16 months for the delivery of the final piece which was the SubZero refrigerator. Good things come to those who wait and for these homeowners, it is one very special kitchen!
