As our company and service offerings grow, so does our need for two types of designers: Kitchen and Bath Designers and Component Manufacturing Designers.
All our markets offer kitchen and bath design, and we’re always looking for talented designers to join our team. Start your career as a Kitchen Sales Coordinator assisting our Designers or jump in as a Kitchen Sales Representative if you’re experienced. We don’t only design kitchens and baths but also many spaces in our customers’ homes or in multi-family projects.
A large portion of our business comes from component manufacturing, and as such, we need the best Engineers and Designers on staff at our component manufacturing facilities. Our Designers work on designing trusses, wall panels, engineered wood products, multi-family projects, and much more.
We have several component manufacturing facilities that use state-of-the-art equipment to design and build trusses, wall panels, joists, doors, and engineered wood products for various home and commercial projects. We rely on our Designers, Assemblers, Drivers, and Coordinators to keep our manufacturing facilities running efficiently.
Carter Custom Millwork
Carter Custom Millwork (CCM) is the company’s custom millwork manufacturing center that provides a wide variety of building materials and custom solutions for our customers. The main millwork facility is located in Millersburg, Ohio, with additional locations across our footprint. CCM employees lend their expert craftsmanship, producing custom stairs, custom and stock molding, doors, and much more.
Our sales teams play an integral part in our business by driving sales and providing outstanding customer service.
Our Inside Sales team is responsible for selling and providing professional customer service to contractors and do-it-yourselfers at our store locations by assisting customers in making purchase decisions, efficiently processing sales transactions, and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete a project.
For larger projects, our Outside Sales team is responsible for finding opportunities and completing sales with contractors and builders by identifying target customers, making calls, visiting job sites, and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner with their projects and related product knowledge.
Our stores are the heart of the company, where customer service is our number one priority. Whether you are building a quote in sales or building a load in the yard, every employee plays a key role in customer service.
